Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of business profile data or provider connection metadata from AI SMM Portal, use the access request page and include “data deletion request” in the message.

Include the business name, the connected channel, and the email used for access. We will verify ownership or management authority before deleting business data.

Controlled external actions

AI SMM Portal does not perform provider writes, posting, payments or public publication without a separate approved action path. Deletion requests are verified before business data is removed.
