AI SMM Portal is a marketing workspace for business owners and managers. This policy explains what information the service may process to prepare marketing analysis, recommendations, content drafts and owner-reviewed actions.

Information we process

Business profile details provided by the owner or manager.
Channel metadata such as connected websites, Google Business Profiles, social pages and Telegram channels.
Read-only provider data when the owner authorizes access.
Draft strategy, content, brandbook, reporting and review metadata generated inside the portal.

How information is used

Data is used to prepare marketing analysis, recommendations, drafts, reports and owner review payloads. Missing data is not treated as fact. AI-generated outputs are marked as inference or hypothesis when they are not directly verified.

Provider data

Provider integrations are designed read-only first. The portal does not expose OAuth token values in the browser and does not perform provider writes, publishing, budget changes, profile edits or review replies without explicit approval.
